- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Found a beautiful house on our own accord. Call the real estate agent Dawn, did not get back for several days. After a few calls, we finally got a tour of the house. We absolutely loved the house and had plans to make it ours . However, Dawn McCurdy lied on the disclosure and said there wasn't any wetlands present on the property. We spent several thousand dollars on inspections until we discovered on our own that most of the property was wetlands. Awful experience with this group. To make it worse, they are asking for our inspections at a huge discount for their next buyer. Never apologized, for this huge mistake that cost us a bunch of money.
