- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unhappy with low appraisal of property. Came up with a very odd amount for value of property, at least $25-$30,000 lower than similar properties in the area. Used comps that were not even remotely similar in size and style and averaged them to get the value. Unfortunately, could not choose appraisal company & was warned by people in the mortgage business that this company would come in low, and they did.
